lead lending partner and has provided financing to the company
since 2002. As a leading commercial finance business, Merrill
Lynch provides a broad range of structured financing solutions
to middle market companies nationwide.
In April of 2004, Merrill
Lynch provided a $265 million financing package to the company
to refinance its debt and provide additional capital to
complete certain strategic acquisitions. GE Capital, which
has been a lender to TRANSFIRST
since 2000, has continued to be a major financing partner
to the company.
